★★★★☆
Worked well at SGN airport, way cheaper than roaming
Had full 5G bars on Viettel Mobile pretty much everywhere in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Hotspot worked great when I had to connect my laptop for a couple hours of work in Ho Chi Minh City. had a short 4G LTE fallback outside Hanoi yet Viettel Mobile stayed connected the whole trip.
